Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation message once your order is shipped.

Shipping Time

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your city and courier availability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be available for selected products.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can track your order in real-time.

Failed Delivery / Missed Delivery

If the courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable, they may try again. Please keep your phone active after placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours with pictures or video. We will arrange a replacement.

Change or Cancel Order

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours after placing them. After that, the order cannot be modified.

Processing Time:
Tamam orders 1–2 business days me process kiye jaate hain. Order ship hone ke baad aapko confirmation message mil jayega.

Shipping Time:
Delivery aam tor par 3–7 business days leti hai. Yeh aapki city aur courier par depend karta hai.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges checkout par calculate hotay hain. Kuch products par free shipping bhi available hoti hai.

Order Tracking:
Order ship hone ke baad aapko tracking number bhej diya jayega jisse aap apna parcel track kar sakte hain.

Failed Delivery / Missed Delivery:
Agar courier delivery attempt kare aur aap available na hon, wo dobara attempt kar sakta hai. Order ke baad apna phone active rakhein.

Damaged ya Galat Product:
Agar aapko koi damage ya wrong product mile, to 24 hours ke andar pictures/video ke sath humein contact karein. Hum replacement arrange karenge.

Order Change ya Cancel:
Aap order ko 2 hours ke andar change ya cancel kar sakte hain. Iske baad modification mumkin nahi hoti.
